Quark Cake

Years ago as a student I lived for a year in Germany as part of my course and the family I stayed with always had Quark Cake. Their Grandma made it and it was a mixture of quark, sour cream, eggs, flour and sugar with lemon and sultanas in it all on a sort of shortcake base. I cannot remember the receipe and the few guess at it attempts I have made have been disasters! Does anyone know how to make it? I have looked on the receipe index but couldn't see it. I have found receipes on the net for Yorkshire curd tart but that isn't it.... I bought some quark reduced to 10p in Tescos on Tuesday and really fancy making it!! Failing that - anyone got ANY quark receipes?
