Ah shucks, thanks P8 - was well chuffed (sorry about delay in this reply - this was pages ago wasn't it !). However, apart from meal deals, I've not spent a penny in Boots since. It's just pants at the mo isn't it. I did, however, get a highlighter voucher, so will have to swot up on this as I saw something about a possible combo. x

I remember that someone mentioned this the other day but I didn't get any extras, just the pooey and the ACM had the same as last week apart from the no7 peel voucher which it only let me print one of. I tried OH's card too and he got barely anything. It's hardly worth me, ooops, I mean HIM, having the card. :rotfl:

Me again. Sorry, I'm not trying to spam the board, honestly!!

I was just admiring my new buys today and I've noticed that the no7 Age Rewind Night Cream has got a little blue label on the front that states it's a limited edition larger size. It's actually 60ml rather than the 50ml on .com. It's also in a tube rather than a glass jar & it's got £5 off atm so maybe worth a look if it's something you usually go for................

Yes, the larger boots sell postcards (gift section). Bought yesterday in panic as thought i will need it this morning . It was 3.6x so think i will take it back and buy cheaper one in cardshop

Me back from Boots.. I had a lightbulb moment thinking about what was left there this morning...
I was going to buy the following on my mams acm card...
omega 3 tablets was £6.84 now @ 85p use 200 points voucher.
s+g coin bag was £8 ish now £1.96 + use points off the tablets..
then...
buy 2 pack of tights was £5 now £1.25 use 100 points.
sweeteners on clearance ( for my mam ) 600 pack for 99p + use points off the tights .. BUT..
got to Boots again + there was no H+B mags, so I thought ok I'll use my points for the s+g coin purse.. BUT it wasn't there :eek: .. no1 had taken it .. it was hiding behind the tills as there have all been taken off the plan now + their can't sell them + wont know for 2-3 weeks what's happening with them :eek: :rotfl: :rotfl: oh well, never mind... it was a good idea + it would of all only cost £2.10 for everything :rotfl:
but that poor lonely s+g coin/cosmetic bag will be lonely now, well keeping snuggly with the tights lol :rotfl:

It's also a good idea if you can get the same items @ the same price. x

Went to the ACM today and finally got the humiliating powder voucher and lip line voucher for the first time, but no peel.So I got

1 Lip line filler - freewhen you spend £15,00 on No7
1 Humiliating powder (dandy pink - hmmm! SA said the Island glow 'would drain me'
if I hadn;t been busy working out combos in my head I might have said something but I gave her the benefit of the doubt
1 plum lipgloss red to £4,75
1 colour appeal trio £2.84 with pooey

When I presented the vouchers at the till a lovely SA said 'OMG I thought they'd stopped those' but she was very kind and tried every way to get the best deal think she overrid the till in the end .Paid £2.84, pleased with this,got another pooey too.As I went out of the shop my mobile went it was OH who had been banished to B &Q saying Am I allowed in boots yet? Thankfully his timing was good! :T

kids omega 3 fish oils
carex handwash
sweeteners ( for my mam )
I picked up the last ½ price Mitchum + used £1 MOC ( which expires today ) = 43p

I went to Boots today and had the usuallt beeps!!

Tried to get peel with 1/2 priuce voucher, line thingy with free voucher and no 7 mens wash. But....till said no. I think it is never going to work trying to any combination in Cribbs.

I handed my free line voucher first and computer said no, even though at that point the glto peel was still showing at full price so all conditions met. Supervisor came over and over rode so it was free, but when she saw I wanted to use the 1/2 price glyco voucher as well she said I couldnt do it.

The I tried to get 17 eye shadow on clearance for 30p with the nail varnish, but computer said no.

I ended up with a 50p nit coomb :rotfl:, 25p little boots compact mirror and tweezers for less than £1 using the pooey.

Then went to different Boots and got kids toothbrush for 40p, 2 x aaa duracell batteries (aaa) for 50p each and med body butter for 50p. TRied to get reduced socks using acm voucher but when I got to till socks werent reduced, they had been displayed in the wrong place.

So altough I got some bargains, it was not as good as I was hoping for.:rolleyes:
