    Well, marathon boots trip in London today, but nothing exciting to report;
Bond St - No. 7 Foundation £7, baby food 14p (lots) instant sugaring set £10 (hair removal)
Sedley Place - extract minis, No. 7 foundation compact £3.30, No.7 compact mirrors, Old No.7 GWP (black purse) £6.50
    Oxford St - No.7 foundation £7.**, compact £6.**
    Picadilly - No.7 Foundation £7.**, compact £6.** No.7 GWP and No.7 342 (no signs)
Liverpool St - Quite a bit of No.7 skin and sun care from £4.80 upwards, no.7 GWP hidden behind the till!
Canary Wharf - Jubilee place - nothing,
Canada place - No.7 foundation £7.**, Lancome freebies (bronzer mini, mens minis) being given out
    Cabot Place east, No.7 GWP
    Cabot west - nothing
Westfield shepherds bush - No.7 compact mirrors, head bands, vichy GWP + SA
Kensington High St - No.7 trinkets £2 (clearance)

would you believe that in all those stores I did not manage to womble one perkie, (I need a wombling coach SS!) almost glad I didn't because no new style No.7 accessories to be found anywhere. (except for the compact mirrors) no No.7 artists pallettes anywherer
Reading all the above stores makes me look not just boots addicted but a bit freeky too , I'm not, honest, :rotfl:

wow- never used this thread before, im finding it hard to understand, have read the 1st page, but still none the wiser!! ( have been up since silly 0'clock though!) what is perky?

A perky is a voucher you get when you spend £5 or more that you can spend on No 7/RM.

Unfortunately it is all of the time. I do wonder if it is an allergic type reaction to something, although I've tried what seems to be every washing powder going to see if it's that and can't think of anything else that would cause it!! Piriton sounds like its worth a try though, OH has some somewhere for hayfever so I'll give it a go. Thank you sarahdol75 :A
The itchy legs can be a circulation thing - I get this sometimes. If it's driving you mad and you can't stop scratching try 'E45 ANTI-ITCH' it contains a local anaesthetic and is fab for instant relief from itchiness.

Another thing, have you changed you softner, soap, shower gel ? they are all contributing facts to itchiness, have you bought new bed sheets that are not cotton they could have something in it that is causing the itching.

Nope not recently! I'm often changing my shower gel as nothing that I have tried has relieved the itching/made it worse. I will only use one washing powder though as I find that particular brands do affect it more. The itching isn't a new thing, but I always used to just use moisturiser thinking it was the only thing that I could do, despite them not making a difference. It's only since i've been using a different body lotion given to me for Christmas which has helped a bit, that I've realised there might be a product around that could help. Unfortunately I can't get any more of the body lotion I'm nearly out of as it was from Woolies!

Thank you for all your help and advice. :D

  • Thanks Jelly Tots, I've tried normal E45 but hadn't heard of the anti itch version. I'll try and get some in Boots on sat!

has anyone used the 50p off dove voucher in boots yet?
yep, used the generic dove one and the dove hair minimising one, both went through on ss tills with no problems. I got the hair minimising deo which is reduced to £2, so £1.50 to pay.
  • Re: Maidstone, Chequers Centre branch

I've just remembered something else I saw at the perfume counter. On the SA's side of the counter, behind one of the counter displays there was a pile of the '17' silver clutch bag GWP things, so I'm guessing they might be giving them out with fragrance purchases.

Not posted for a while, Sheffield seems so rubbish for clearance and goodies at the moment, I am so envious of some other peoples lists on here.

Just a quick word of warning to anyone going to the Fargate branch with a buggie/wheelchair, the lift is out of action at the moment, and you have to find a SA to take you up and down in the goods lift.

Regulars to this store will know that there are never enough staff working upstairs, and today it took me ages to find someone to take me back downstairs in the lift, I had only gone up in the first place to look at the clearance section, and all that was there was a shelf of ky jelly and a couple of other 'interesting' items!!

    HTHs someone.

Fingers crossed Meadowhall has more to offer tommorrow!!

Got a Olay green GWP and a Vichy GWP.

Just wondering if this means the green Olay GWP is going through with any purchase now? Or do you still need to buy an Olay product?

Also, does anyone know if the Boots Sensitive washing up liquid is any good?

    Thanks for the help

Another item you could try is Botanics Nourishing Body Butter. I got a tub of this a couple of years ago when there was a glitch - buy any Boots shaving product and get any Botanics Moisturiser free. So for 19pence for a pack of 6 Boots basic disposable razors I got a Body Butter worth £5.00.

My DH has suffered from Athletes Foot for many years and tried everything available to cure this to no avail - including creams, lotions and even pills from the doctor. Anyway he tried this Body Butter and it worked like magic. He still uses it yet and still thinks it is great. They used to do a travel size tube of this but I don't see it on .com now.

I know its not athletes foot you have but it may take the itch away.
