CSA info for a friend

thanks for all the advise as i am aware he has never recieved any letters from the CSA and his previous addresses were his parents house and his new partners parents so either way i cant see them keeping mail from him!
i will update as soon as i know anything else
He will need to prove he was not living at those addresses at the time if they claim to have sent a letter.0 -
he can ask where they sent the letters and then if he didnt live there he needs to prove it0
