Credit Report Problems

Hi Again Guys,
I thought that I had finally started getting things sorted but it appears the delightful Orange company has other plans.
I checked my credit report at CreditExpert on the 16/03/2009 and it should 6 accounts, one of which being my active Orange account. When I checked on the 17th I was shocked to find it only showed 5 accounts and my active Orange account was missing.
I emailed CreditExpert and was told to ring them, which I did yesterday (from my mobile as I was in work). Following 20mins on the phone I was told that all I needed to do was add a "variation of my address". I was passed through to another section who added the variation of my address and told me it would be sorted by this morning.
Again I find that the account is still not showing, so I have emailed both Orange & CreditExpert to find out what is going on. Anyone else have any ideas?
Its very annoying as I have posted several times in the last few months as i'm trying to sort out my poor history and just when I thought things were going to plan another bump in the road spoils things.
