i stopped off for petrol on saturday, say £20 plus incidentals at the local shell/co-op place... paid by debit card and my account shows that i have been debited £2.70.......

now this means the garage have undercharged me and i didn't notice when i did my pin thing.... obviously hasn't put thru the petrol.... do you think they'll have my reg on file... i'm a bit worried as i go there all the time.....

i don't want to be black listed as a petrol nicker when i intended to pay for it, it's been their mistake obviously....

    cripes!!!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

It wasn't your fault Maz. If they chase you up just say you didn't notice and put it right. It is their responsibilty to enter the amount.

Ah Gem, hugs hun talk away there is always someone here
Maz I doubt they will even know where the mistake is, they will just have cashed up and realised it was out and put it down. I doubt if its cost effective to go through all the days takings/details to find £30

Today - I further wrecked my carpet and broke a glass by dropping a cup, I still can't drive well so nearly caused an accident, I'm sat here in tears because I can't make an account balance, I feel so sick it's unreal (no reason for it) and he's not replying to emails.
I'm not taking anything for the pain (add to above), it all further upsets my stomach so not worth it.

Right Gem...The carpet and glass are materialistic thing...they don't matter in the bigger scheme of things. As for the driving, is that because you are pain that you are struggling to drive? No reply to emails...are you sure he is getting them. The accounts..is there anything we can help with if you post it up? Now for the pain...you are stressed and that is making things worse, can you not taken even some paracetamol or ibuprofen (sorry im not sure what you are or aren't allowed). Have you eaten today?
