We've just put up our tree... A little forlorn after 15 years.

So after seeing this offer, I decided it was time to send it to the big shredder up in the sky

However, a 6 ft tree for £11 makes up for the pain ;D ;D ;D

ordered my tree last sunday and paid extra for delivery today (as like a lot of people i work during the week and don't see why i should pay delivery and then be expected to pick it up myself from a depot 25 miles away) - but unless they deliver in the next two minutes then i guess it's not coming.

is there anything i can do about this? i'm more than a bit annoyed as we waited in ALL day for it and there is no contact number for internet orders at the weekend.

everything i ordered is still in stock - they didn't even have the courtesy to call or email me to let me know they weren't going to deliver.

Thats Boots for you, they are in such a mess which is why they are taking no more orders for deliverys until the 6th of Jan to sort themselves out as they understand they jave let customers down, taking hours to answer the phone, never answering emails, not contacting people if there is a problem with their order, letting people order things that are not in stock and not sending them on a first come first served basis, not sending out the free items customers were supposed to recieve from the 3 for 2 deal - I could go on and on ::)

mine arrived on friday on standard delivery 3 days earlier than the given date?

i have had no problems with boots and my second order which is being delivered to different address is on its way ;D

Mine arrives on Friday - one WEEK before the due date!!! (But then because of the awkward place I live in usually retailers say three days when its actually two weeks)

I like the tree a lot - far nicer than my old scabby short one.
