Best place to get Euros?

I'm off to Amsterdam for a few days, but where has the best exchange rate for changing pounds into euros?

Would prefer to go in person, rather than doing it online.

I normally go to the Post Office as no charges BUT sometimes I see better rates @ fee free Independent Money Exchange shops.
