I ordered one through LX Direct £99 and £25 back for first order discount.

One thing I overlooked, it does not have a RF modulator on it so you can only watch its channels via a scart lead. It also hangs alot when using the EPG (electronic program guide).

hey, im looking to get this freeview box as well :-/.
but i have only got one of those set top araiels.im living in a converted loft and get clear reception with it.

anyone know if it will work with one of those set top ariels?

It might, but no-one can guarantee unless you try it. Digital reception tends to be perfect then collapse suddenly as the signal deteriorates. The picture might freeze when you are in a particular part of the room, and this is unlikely to correspond to problem positions for your analogue reception.

i guess your right. il have to just get it from somewhere that got a no hassel return policy first. if it doesnt work, return it, if it works fine then return it and get cheaper online or something. thanks for the reply.
