hi ,i was just wondering if you can help? i have had my lightbulb moment but my ex is just getting himself deeper into debt.We have a joint loan together of which i pay £104.40 and he pays £80 (i no i have tried to get him to pay half but he wont)the loan comes out of my bank account.If he decides to go through ccs will the loan company just put it all in my name as it comes out of my account because they are still getting there money.
