Threatening Letter From HSBC. Help Needed!

This is all very helpful to me.I've just started a DMP and other creditors have responded to Payplan regarding the initial offer |(which is lower than I will ultimately make in a few months time but after 3 months on virtually no income I have alot of catching up to do), however HSBC wrote directly to me and said no- they will not accept the offer made, and want me to write with a full statement of my personal circumstances.
I called Payplan who, I think, must have their staff on Valium 24/7!! (joke):j
They said its quite normal for creditors to fight the initial offer- I don't like the sound of a managed loan although I have no idea what it is- but it sounds like they will make money and not you-I keep having to remind myself this is all big business for these guys, and if we don't play the game then they do not make their huge earnings-be careful, I feel that HSBC are pretty ruthless, needless to say I've sent a copy of their letter to my case officer and have not replied directly to them.
F&&cking bullies!!!!now debt free and determined to maintain good spending habits and build savings0 -
I have a graduate account with HSBC with an overdraft limit of £1000, everytime my account goes negative no matter the amount I receive a letter from Helen Packwood telling me I should put money into the account regularly. I find it intrusive because if we agreed to an overdraft when I opened my account I am entitled to use it. Plus I pay a yearly fee for the service. I found these letters intrusive and threatening.0
