The nearest ones for you pdoff are probably leeds or the one on halifax road in bradford. Really annoying as i go to the other bradford one and will now never be able to find anything (and spend a forture) if I go to the other one! the things we do for freebies

The magnocellular system in the brain allows for visual processing. This system tends to be impaired in most people with dyslexia leading to poor eye movement control.Because it important for normal eye-movement control and peripheral vision when reading, this often leads to difficulties in reading. The letters appear to move around and cause visual confusion when reading small print. Some people with dyslexia find it easier to read when they have larger print or when they cover one eye. By covering one eye, this stops the confusion caused by two images moving around independently i.e. the letters blurring and merging together. Both dyslexia and dyspraxia sometimes overlap, dyspraxia involves poor coordination, organisation and concentration. I've found this link which explains the two conditions in more detail.
