Can I ask Kellogs - how long did it take to execute the warrant?
Was it done by bailiffs or the police?
I ask as I expect the NRP in my case to no show.

I do offer advice to NRPs - you haven't been on here long enough to know that. I have had many PMs from NRPs asking for help and I have given it without prejudice. I am answering questions as I see fit and know I can give advice on.

HOw long is a piece of string? Honestly it depends on the area. In my case it was very quick and it was the bailffis who executed it - in many areas it is the police and they tend to be much slower due to the low priority these cases are treated by them. You can ask the court presenting officer if they know.

ILizzieS, I also see you are not new to clocking-up Kelloggs brownie score. I hope its making you feel better.

Looks like I missed 12 posts on this thread alone prior to the 2 I showed agreement over. Nice to see I have a stalker, lol.

Not entirely sure why there seems to be some unpleasantness from 2 new posters (who are never online together btw;) ) but it's certainly not welcome on this board and particulary when it seems to be aimed at one regular poster on this board although I notice another poster has been dragged into it

Am waiting on 'camps' getting mentioned........... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
