Good afternoon ,
can anyone tell me if i claim back my missold ppi from hfc can i then claim the agreement been enforceable or can you only do one or the other

    You can certainly claim back the ppi. The agreement being unenforceable is another matter altogther. But yes it is possible.
    I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.

    However, I have since seen the light.
