Anyone know a good and reputable gas boiler repair/servicing company in the East Antrim area?
I rang the manufacturer (Vaillant) - they could send someone out but it was about £125 for a service. Seems a bit pricey?

Not sure if you use Phoenix Gas, but they sent us a mailshot a while back about a servicing package, which I think was cheaper than that..thing it might even have been as low as £55, but that offer might not be on any more - would be worth contacting them though?Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T0

Phoenix do a great value service - my bill dropped quite noticeably after my first service (reckon the previous owner had never serviced it). You can book online and save a fiver:

For all we can see of the true nature of existence is, shall we say, no more than bewildering and amusing shadows cast upon the inner wall of the cave by the unseen blinding light of absolute truth, from which we may or may not deduce some glimmer of veracity, and we as troglodyte seekers of wisdom can only lift our voices to the unseen and say humbly "Go on, do deformed rabbit again.....it's my favourite". © Terry Pratchett in "Small Gods"
