Ministry of Justice announces tighter regulations for bailliffs

Apologies if this is in the wrong place or not the kind of thing people are interested in, but I spotted this yesterday and think it's a positive move -

  • For anyone interested, this is the background report to why these changes were introduced. Jack Straw is the MP for the region concerned. Attached this so that some here - who may not be aware such things happen with bailifs or, even, debt collection - could see the harsh realities behind some people's debt troubles. This is not an isolated case, just one that hit the newspapers, got reported. Sadly, it's not an area the media often covers.

Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.
