Section 5 of the Judgment refers to teh matter of 48 hour week and article 6 of Directive 2003/88/EC.

have searched all court of appeal civil division decisions made for 2007 and it isn't listed. Are you sure that the date and the case number is correct?

Am in the process of putting a further case togeather for the Court of Appeal that may, and I say may lead to the CEO getting a prison sentence. Again will send you details when I find your e-mail address.
