Hiya
I'm not very inspirational with beef as I'm not a great lover of it, but will eat it if it's there.
So, last night I took out of the freezer some quick fry beef that we've had for a while planning to make beef tortillas for dinner tonight when I got home.
I'm now off work for the day with a sick littlie, so have a bit more time to make dinner - any ideas what else I can do with this meat?
I wasn't planning to go out shopping but have basic/'usual' stuff in the cupboards
Many thanks

how about a beef stir fry , or slicing it really thin dip it in flour and deep fry to make crispy beef like you get from the chinese takeaways .
this with rice and a sweet and sour sauce ,or any sauce is lovely0
