mini beauty treatments £7.50 (mothers day)

i saw a repeat of an old offer (but more expensive last time) from lastminute.com who are offering mini beauty treatments such as manicure, pedicure, tanning, waxing and massage for £7.50. or you can pay £12 and pick two treatments. they also offer a hair one for £12.50 where you get a consultant, wash with head massage, cut and finish (blow dry). they are valid until dec 09 and having mothers day and lots of birthdays nearing end of year i purchased several. do though read the terms and conditions. it is run through the beautygroup.co.uk but they are very cloak and dagger over the names of salons participating. all of my vouchers arrived today in quite pleasant presentation (did not choose to pay extra for special box?) and when you look on web for what treatment you want and enter where you live all you are given is postcodes of participating salons and it is only when you ring to book do they take your details and the salon/salons in your area ring you and book an appointment. living in central london myself this does not pose a problem as i am pretty close to everywhere but take care if you live further out. but all in all still a pretty good bargain going by todays prices of treatments. am sure will be better received this mothers day than an over priced bunch of flowers or chocolates

can you find out before though whether there are definitely salons in your area? what is the link for purchasing as I cant see anything on that link?

hi i saw this too but when i checked my area baring in mind im in central birrmingham..the only salon is in stourbridge which isnt exactly close or acessable for myself
i looked for my mothers postcode also but the nearest is plymouth which is at least an hours drive again although at least a city based location.

think its a bit of a shame as very good offer but not many locations

Sorry to ask, but you check on last minute or on the haircut site? I do not see anything like this on the last minute site. I know the haircut site show adress, but is not something else?

Presumably The Hair Group and The Beauty Group are one and the same (theier websites are identical)? Is this not worth bothering with?

I'm sure it is if you pay for it - I'm just so peeved about the other offer of theirs that I'm cutting off my nose to spite my face :rotfl:
