The Loan Company Loans4Sure - please help me?!

Hello everyone ...

Found myself in a dire financial situation, and due to my poor credit rating was declined for a personal loan with my bank. Loans4Sure contacted me (they were passed my details on from another company) and offered me a £3000 loan. Stupidly, and out of pure inexperience and sheer desperation, I paid the £49 fee they asked for, but they gave me a reference number and assured me I would receive paperwork for the loan within 7 working days. I've called back twice to check with two different customer service operators there that this will happen, they assure me that it will.

I've since read that many never receive their loan through this method. Is this always the case? is there absolutely no chance I will get the money through this particular company, or do some people indeed get the amount they were promised?

Am new to all of this, as am sure are many on here. I would be so grateful for any help. I'd also be grateful if you could tell me of any other company who would be willing to lend a person with a bad credit rating such an amount, as I am in dire need of this cash. I am taking steps to debt manage my other debts, so this really would just be a stopgap between the debt considation process beginning and now.

Never heard of it before. I've just tried the lending wizard and it looks like they can give you an instant decision on a loan without the need to pay anything up front.

Might be worth a try.

I'd try and get the £49 back from Loans4Sure or report them to Watchdog because it looks like they are con merchants.
