If you're happy to wait a week or so to get it the new James Bond DVD Quantum of Solace is currently available online at Amazon for £6.98.
However, Amazon prices do change quickly so if it's gone by the time you're reading this or if you can't wait that long to watch it then MoneySavers below have said it's £7 in Tesco stores until Wednesday. Morrisons is selling a 2 disc special edition DVD in stores for £9.77 until Sunday (29 March).

The quantum of solace (James Bond) DVD is due to be released on 23 March 2009. Play.com have this advertised for £12.99 pre-order. Has anyone seen any better offers?
Thanks

yeah! Get The Bourne ones instead they are far better,Quantum of Solace is rubbish I'm afraid;):Dgarth;)0

I agree, however my 6 year old son loved Casino Royale and has added the Quantum of Solace to his birthday list. I'm afraid he is a typical boy and loves all the gadgets!0

I'd wait til the day of release because ASDA or MORRISONS will surely have it at £8 like they have done with other dvds recently. :beer:0

I've just had notice that my DVD has been dispatched from Play already. I thought it wouldn't come till 23rd which is Monday!0

Just called into ASDA and asked how much the Quantum of Solace DVD would be when it went on sale on Monday. The assistant said that the DVD had arrived in store but couldn't be released until Monday, he also expected it to be sold for £8.00 for the first 5 days, as recent releases including Mamma Mia & High school musical 3, had been sold at the reduced price for 5 days. The store opens at 07:00 on Monday and my son is so excited we might even be there before the doors are opened!0

More vulnerable, you reckon?
One of the main things I disliked about quantum of solace is how *invulnerable* the new Bond is - he doesn't need gadgets as he can seemlessly kungfu himself out of any spot of bother.
Sure, the old Bonds had gadgets, but they got caught, beaten, tortured imprisoned etc the whole time...Even in CR he took more of a kicking than he did in QOS...0
