    My lunches consist of:

    Ham
    Chicken drumsticks
    Tuna
    Quiche
    Spanish Tortilla
Houmous dipping veggies and pitta bread

In various types of wraps or just on their own with vegetables, I don't really do bread. All followed up by fruit of some description.

I have the added complication of working in the restricted zone at an airport so liquids and wet foods are restricted (tins of baked beans, yoghurts etc) nothing over 100ml.
