I was a teamleader untill around 4 or 5 months ago? I gave it up as to much backlash,anyway I still work for same company? But now getting made redundent,but its came to light that I have been still getting teamleader rate. Do I have to pay money back or is it companys fault as I told them I didnt want to do it anymore.Thanks very much.
