Lloyds TSB CC

I have posted a few times over the last few weeks about the stress which Lloyds TSB credit card are giving me .I got a letter a few days ago from sechirl, clark & michell which i was told by CCCS dont worry its just another dept of Lloyds but i have just read the letter again ,it says right at the very end our client may accept a reduced sum for the debt or they may accept a payment plan .I am reading it that Lloyds would accept F & F settlement ,has anyone else had one of these letters ?
I owe around £5000 what do you think they would accept as F & f settlement on this amount .

    Hi Carlos

Your debt is passing through all the useless bits of the useless Lloyds Empire.

It should soon arrive at a collector - most seem to go to BLS collections, and they have been known to accept 25%. I'm not sure how flexible your dmp is (haven't read all your posts) and whether saving £1250 is an option for you.

But I hope you get rid of them soon.
