Where Can I buy Bergasol Sun Cream?

My fella would prefer Bergasol sun cream for when we go away this summer. I've searched the nearest town with no luck and the only place I've found is ebay. Does anyone know of somewhere I can purchase it please?

OMG ... you,ve just transported me back about 30 odd yrs , l used to use bergasol when l first started going abroad, l can smell it now....:heartpuls

Thanks but we've already tried our local Boots, they stocked it last year but haven't got any this year. I'll just have a quick check online tho.

Unfortunately Bergasol is becoming increasingly difficult to find due to:

The European Commission decided on July 10 to endorse the EU's Scientific Committee on Cosmetic Products' decision to ban the French sun cream, Bergasol, because of alleged cancer-causing products. Last April, the Scientific Committee, which represents experts from all the EU Member States, found the amount of the tanning accelerator psoralen, a cancer-causing substance, used in the production of Bergasol to be far too high, (the permitted amount of psoralen is one part per million).

Even Boots who used to sell it have now taken it off their shelves which is a shame because it's easily the best cream I have used.

I hope you have better luck in finding some than I have?!
