Anyone know how to draw a partnership contract?

Hello all I am thinking of drawing a partnership with some guys on a business idea we have. I have no idea where to start looking to draft our own contract.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Try businesslink.gov they are normally really good with advice and have examples that you can use

Having been a partner for some years, I would strongly advise that you seek professional help with a partnership contract. If you fall out with your business partners and the issue is not covered by your contract, you will find life very awkward!

I would recommend legal advice. Partnership law can be complex, and act in unexpected ways. A Partnership can commence before the date in a written agreement, or the partnership act may imply terms into an agreement that you would not want. A few hundred pounds may save you much more in the long run- think of it as an investment.
