Stuffy noses - would air purifier help? or solutions please. Kx

Hi

Both my children suffer from stuffy noses, especially 1st thing in the morning. I was considering buying a good air purifier that was quiet but thought id ask your opinions 1st. Can anyone suggest one that might help or give me any advice - ive tried the bowl of water in the bedroom for the last few months but nothing has worked. My husband also suffers from hayfever which I think the children may also have so any tips would be great.

Thanks

We have a purifier (its in the loft lol) - it was good for hayfever if we had the doors/windows open but cant say that it would have made any difference at all to someone with a cold.
