You sound like you have great friends around you who treasure you and enjoy your company, so please think of that. I personally think that the bad vibes are coming from today being a Sunday!!!! Secret millionairew always makes me cry.... especially if kids are involved!!! and thats only been since i became a mum!!! think you get this extra batch of heart strings when u have kids that only get pulled by child related problems.... anyway if a big burly bloke like him can cry about it then im alowed to

right me done, only got 6 pages left , so im buzzing i actually got loads done,

Try some hot herbal tea, it might help you get over the Alcohol intake (this maybe not helping much) etc..
