Sally, same here: I turned down OH's offer to go out and get myself a new pair of jeans:eek: I can't believe I did that, and this maybe my only chance . I can't enjoy shopping when I have we both have so many loans and endless material commitments. I told him everytime I restrain myself from buying a hair product/shoes I will put some money away towards a proper highlighting makeover...and God is it hard!

Toni love your boots....they look very warm.. I can't have your patience I would have ripped the box open on Christmas day and worn them out by now ... The cake looks so inviting.. you made me go have some of OH's chocolates (which I never usually do, I only crave sweets sometimes )

Thanks - i wore them last night - i squeezed myself into a pair of skinny jeans so i could wear them over them - was soooo pleased as the jeans are an 8 and had them for about 3 years and i am now a size 10 and heavier than i was then - and they still fit!!!! So i was well made up!!!

Best not tell the OH that they are cheaper on this website - the receipt was in the box he paid £140 for them xxxxx

im back on Face book !!! 12 days early ... i was doing so well too!! but had a bit of a crap morning so felt rebelious

Toni - I've got boots exactly like those, but all in black, and with the black fur trim at the top, but they're not uggs itms! They're sorta like black winter boots, wear them with skinny jeans or skirts sometimes!
I'm not too keen on uggs, its a fashion statement, like bold colours that i don't go for!:o

Nonamewoman - I've made it my mission to save, save, save, the only way i do that is by staying at home, or if i have to go out, i make sure i get the cheapest thig there, and only if i really NEED it!!;)
My mum says im like a old woman the way im really careful with my money!:o

But it does pay off though, money is building up in bank, and i might be able to pay off my student loan sooner rather than later!:D and treat myself too obviously!!;)

I did thank you hun - i really didn't think i would with me not being too well but i really did - still smiling which is a good sign ....... and still wearing my uggs xxxxx

Aww!! Doesn't matter, you lasted this long without it, which is really good!!!;)
I've still gotta make my fb account thats separate for mse peeps, but keep saying i'll do it when im up-to-date with comps...not happened yet!!

Anyway, don't worry about it, you showed you had the willpower to last this long, so maybe next time, you could last the whole month!! xxx

i did last a month!! i just didnt last 40 days and i didnt realise that evreyone made seperate FB accounts for there MSE stuff LOL
