    Cc - hope lyds is feeling better - my LO is just coming down with something her glands are up and she's got sore throat , moaning etc again !!(sigh's) schools are full of lurgies ;)

    Anyway just having a moan - OH is working till 10pm and LO in bed so just feeling a bit sorry for myself - might have a glass of wine if anyone wants to join me XX:D

    I had Hake with boiled veg (broccolli, cauliflower, and carrots). You are an expert then :T .

    That all sounds fine. Unless you had loads and loads of veg - that can bloat some people. If you have a regular problem with bloating, one thing to do is do a food diary, noting everything you eat and then noting down whenever you get bloated, you may be able to pinpoint if any particular food sets it off.

    Anyway, without getting into a consultation, which can take hours and I'd annoy the board! If you ever wanted to PM me, I'd be very happy to try and help.

    OMG - the OH - has just told me that his brothers missis has done a runner with his two kids - obviously they had split up but they were just starting to sort out custody and shes upped and left - told nobody where shes gone - and shes a bit nuts:eek:
