Oh I'm having a really bad day at work. Spent the last 4 hours working on something (came in early to do it), sent it round, and just had the most terrible phone call telling me it's all wrong! But it's what I was asked for and I've got an email from that same person telling me this is what to do - now they are denying ever sending that and telling something contradictory. Great.

I think people are getting really tired (me included) and are ready for the Easter break - other people have said they've had rude phone calls/emails this week from people who aren't normally like that.

    Rubbish.

Thanks everyone - especially toni for the best bit of advice I've ever had! :) :rotfl: You just made me laugh out loud (you have a habbit of doing that).

I just made a cup of tea and got the original email. I have emailed this person with the help of someone else in the office asking them to clarify what they said on the phone and if things have changed since the original request etc. Sounds quite good - not mardy or rude, just asking questions and for clarification.

    Thanks all. xx
