Feeling even more poo with this lurgy...took me an hour to go to Asda and back and it's only down the road; sweating and coughing loads now.

Well just got back from the physio - she was great really good - same age as me lovely lady. Made me feel at ease. Did nothing with me today just assessed me - next week i see her and a neorologist physio as well as i need to discs treating and the myelitis.

I have the lesser of three evils, the physio wanted me to have a wheelchair, i said no, then she offered me a zimmer frame, i said no - so now i have crutches!!!

    afternoon,

how is everybody, my sniffy nose cleared up, wonder if it was dust from the building work.
A little update, the plasterer is suppose to be coming either thurs or friday, so will need to go and choose colours at the weekend, the lounge is approx 27ft x 14ft wide, the 2 14ft walls (one has a window and one has my fireplace) I am thinking a cappacino colour and the 2 long walls egyptian white? what do you guys think.
I like to have different colours in each room, my bedroom is blue, beth has puck pink and cream walls, dining room green, bathroom white, kitchen terracotta, need a colour for my very long dull hallway aswell - ohh yellow!!!
