I now have a headache from blowing my nose so hard; I've had 3 litres of water in the last 24 hours; just insatiably thirsty.

SFH, I have mild athsma most of the time but it's not so good at the moment; Ventolin doesn't help much so I have to take Seretide; I'm on the 250 dose as the 100 is useless. When I get a chest infection, I end up in hospital on a nebuliser and these tablets which turn water pink when dissolves because my throat tends to be too sore and swollen to swallow. I've only been hospitalised 5 times but once I nearly died as I went blue and couldn't walk or talk.

Yes he has the steriod tablets to and last time was admitted was very scary as blue light the light in early hours and ended up staying in and had oxygen etc etc.
He seems to be worse past few months, though doesnt stop him playing football etc,only gets with cold and hayfever.

God, just been downstairs to the kitchen; the carnage has to be seen to be believed. I asked them to keep on top of the mess but it's beyond revolting. I am so fed up.
