    evening everyone

    managed to do just over an hour on the wii fit earlier :j and got my age down to 33 :D . My dad who is 72 has a wii fit age of 37 :eek:

    Quorn sausages, mash, sprouts, green beans & gravy for me this evening, was very yummy.

    Looking forward to new series of Apprentice and the next series of Dexter starts soon :T

    Thanks toniq thats what I thought they were doing but you just can't always be sure and I wasn't sure whether to point it out or not.:o
