ds just come home from school, hypo again at lunchtime, went down to 1.5 then it went up, then it went down again! need to get him sorted out, no use him missing school, classic sympton for him is shivering, feeling the cold but everyone was cold today so easily missed

he has gone for a lie down just now, still not feeling right, he was meant to be doing a hike with the scouts tonight but no way is he doing that now

Oh god...I just weighed myself for the first time in a year; somehow I've put on a stone even though my jeans are now too big...I was thinking it may be muscle but I've not noticed more of that either.
