Afternoon all!! I'm exhausted and i've barely done any housework! This belly has really started getting in the way! Takes ages to do just a simple task. Everytime i do the dishes, he kicks away at the sink so i end up having to bend and then get backache! lol!
How is everyone? Any wins today? None for me. Gonna see if anyone wants referred for coffee comp. Could do with a coffee machine once this little one arrives.lol!!!
Aww. Are you really big? (not being rude or anything):o

I think i am big. Partner tries to tell me i'm not(bless him). It doesn't help that he brings me lots of treats to snack on despite me telling him not to.Lol! This is my second pregnancy. Last one was 9 years ago!! Lol! I handled my first pregnancy a lot better than this one. Could be something to do with this one being a different sex than the last.E.I.J.O.Q.U.X.Y.Z:staradmin You gotta be in it to win it! :staradmin0 -
no was a comp i did in local paper, 2 £1 voucher, never in farmfoods, although would have gone if i had won first prize:rotfl:

Sleep at night?! God. no! It's terrible! I sleep better on the sofa than in my bed so i try to take a nap later on in the day. I'm always tossing and turning in bed, legs propped up with pillows. Wake with sore hips and legs. There's been a few times that i've not been able to sleep at all so have sat on the bed sobbing while my partner sleeps soundly beside me!! Grr!! lol!!!E.I.J.O.Q.U.X.Y.Z:staradmin You gotta be in it to win it! :staradmin0 -

Having a little boy.:D I also feel miserable. I just hate not being able to do things as quickly and easily as before. Got so much to organise in the house before he arrives and i feel like i just don't have enough time or energy to do it.:(E.I.J.O.Q.U.X.Y.Z:staradmin You gotta be in it to win it! :staradmin0 -
Hi everyone, late start for me today and loads to read back as hate missing things.
Nicky, I really hope DH gets back home ok with dogs and will see the doc to be checked out. Good job you were there.
CMC, if DD gets itchy my health visitor recommended giving an antihistamine such as piriton syrup to stop the itch. Tried it with all three children and it worked a treat, also can make them a little drowsy which is helpful when they feel rough. May be worth remembering? Also, a warm (NOT HOT) bath with bicarb added in dries them out and stops the itch if you prefer natural remedies.
Cathy, glad you have the ceiling up, you'll soon be sorted and chilling in your wonderful new lounge.
Hugs to all sad or poorly, and good luck to all the non winners today, may your time come soon. But there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!0 -
Still it will be worth it in the end - hard to see that atm I know - bless, hug xx
I was told that DD was going to arrive at 24 weeks and she didnt come until 40 weeks so I was besides myself with frustration at her taking her time! LOL. Also DS had arrived at 34 weeks so I didnt have to go through the last few weeks.
Keep smiling hun xxComping addict since 2007 - still waiting for 'the big one' :j0 -
aww shame you arent getting a good sleep but as i was told all the time thats nature's way of preparing you for all those sleepless nights ahead:Dnot very helpful getting told that though
