Ipsos question

Hi guys,
I signed up for Ipsos a while ago (along with a few others) and have done about 4 or 5 surveys for them so far. However when I log into my account on their website and click on 'Surveys' there is no trace of anything I have ever completed.
When I go to the Gift Area to see what the points are I have accumulated, it says 0 (some of the surveys entered me for a draw but I know there are others that had nothing to do with a draw).
Do they take a while to update your account or is there something not quite right with mine? Also, I can't find any info on when and how much they pay out after a survey. Any insights into that too?
Cheers! :-)

email them with your account details and they should help
they dont tell you how many points in a survey.:footie:0 -
I emailed them once about the same thing and they said it can take up to three weeks for points to be added etc but I'd email them to make sure.0

It says this in the FAQ:
Please note that currently your account is updated every 3 weeks, so the points you earn in a survey will not immediately appear into your points account.0 -
Thanks everyone! I shall give it another two weeks or so and if nothing's happened by then I will chase them up. Much appreciated! :-)0
