I think it may be a kilo in weight, either that or you get to pick your own joint: (from their website)

It costs £2.50 per kilo so I would assume that they had
special packs at £2.50 for a kilo joint, or the pork was reduced to £2.50 a kilo and you picked your own (but it would cost more/less than £2.50).
I hope that makes sense, lol!
