Dear Empire Customer Services,

Last week I ordered a Canon Powershot A75 camera from the normal section of your website for £249.99.

You delivered this to me 29 and a half minutes after I placed the order, despite it showing as Out of Stock on your website.

I now notice that you are also showing them in the Autumn/Winter Sale section of your website reduced to £349.99 and it is showing as in stock.

I think this is grossly unfair and demand that you charge me an additional £100 and let me keep the camera, otherwise I will be forced to send you another £100 in crisp £10 notes.

Also, can I order another 27 at this price?

If you don't let me, I will complain to Which?, Watchdog, the ASA, Citizens' Advice, my MP, the Prime Minister, blah, blah, blah and last but not least MSE.
