Mortgage Calculator - Excel - HELP?

Hi everybody,

I was wondering if anybody could help me? Basically i'm putting together an excel sheet showing all my costs etc.. to give me an idea of what i'll be paying out when I get a house.

I'd like to incorporate a mortgage calculator in this sheet to work out the differences depending on what mortgage I take out, interest rate etc.. so my spreadsheet gives me an overall idea of costs, disposable income depending on variables such as monthly mortgage costs.

Can anybody suggest where I could download an excel sheet (which is not password protected or has locked cells) so that I could copy and paste / insert into my spreadsheet?

Any help would be much apprecited.
