Liability order queries.

I am in exactly the same situation, ex has no house, driving license, car, job. The liability order was granted but i believe its not really worth the paper its writted on if they dont have any money/assests. Was told no point in bailiffs going round cos he says he lives with parents but nothing there cos he lives with girlfriend who denys he lives there! No they wont send him to jail cos the judge will say that he has no money therefore cant send him due to his financial situation. I get nothing from his benefits cos he keeps applying for a crisis loan so the JSA decide that he cannot afford to pay the £5 a week as he is paying them back.
The CSA have basically told me that there is nothing they can do. I have no idea why the CSA are here as they are just a load of pants!
I hope that you can get some money from your ex from his bank accounts, the sooner the better before he spends it. Keep on at th CSA until something is done - this is your childs money that he is spending.
Good luck0 -

That's probably true, they cannot take what he has not got.0
