 hi, married with 3 children eldest 13 youngest 8, we have 55k mortgage on our house (4 bed detatched) which is worth 160k +, we have approx 28k in loans for various things- all on good rates thanks to this web site! and have just bought a buy to let house, we have reasonable pensions, and are probably going to do some more buy to lets in the next few months, should i move to another house and do buy to let on this as we are probably in a good position to go for a biiger mortgage, i'm 39 and other half is 44. i think we are doing it for the kids, to enable them to have a house, go uni etc, and would probably downsize to a camper van! and travel in 15-20 years when we retire...any ideas, thoughts would be welcome. thanks
