There's no harm in hearing the same bit of good news more than once. :beer:Krusty & Phil Madoff, 1990 - 2007:

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I have a bet with one of the older members of management at work that House prices will be lower at the end of this year than they were at the end of 2009. Only a pint of beer but has there ever been a more of such a certainty for a wager?ad44downey wrote: »There's no harm in hearing the same bit of good news more than once.

Sounds like a losing bet youve made then as I think its fair to say that house prices at the end of this year wil be EQUAL to house prices at the end of 2009 (This year being 2009 and all) as such thy will not be less than 2009 so you may as well buy em that pint now :beer:0 -
