I like the bottle of whiskey idea but it is more of a firm IYSWIM there were 3 lads doing the work and its the boss who I need to do the report. I might just ask the insurance to write to him if he doesnt produce it by the end of the week.

Its £2900 !!!!!!, wiped us out completely!!!!

Right, off to take boys for their drum lessons TTFN xx

I like that I do retail, should be more specifically shoes. I worked on that shoe department for seventeen months, anyone needed anything, they were always directed to me coz if anyone knew, I did. I was also dubbed queen of the odds, because we always ended up with loads and loads and I was the only one who could sort through them at a super fast pace and pair them up.

Also have an interview for tomorrow, though got a sneaking suspision it's a sales job, but I'll check it out. If I get a whiff of OTE or commission based earnings, I'm outta there.

Edit: oh my god, so cute! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1S5ZdwOqyCY
Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

Actually I need some advice about something......

Our boiler broke last week and the whole system needed replacing, now the insurance is going to pay out I think as the damage to the boiler was due to a water leak.

The thing is that they are asking for a full report to be done by the plumber, who has now been paid in full for the job. I have already sent him an email and rang him but he is clearly not putting this on the top of his priority list.

I cannot claim without this report and he could if I dont play this right take his time or turn funny and just not do it.

How would you suggest that I get him to move his bum, on this one without annoying him?
Have you seen Confessions of a Plumber? :D
