    morning all....
well its a website day today... found out we had made a little mistake in the postage charges ... ooopppsss wonder if this was putting people off? also we are offering a free gift which i need to finish adding the text for and then update the site.

could i be really cheeky ... if anyone has a min and ask for your thoughts and reason that wouldnt encourage you to buy or to work out what we are missing?

    xx

I'll have a proper look later on if you like.....I did have a quick look the other day and looks great.
The only thing about P+P is on low cost items (£5 ish) adding £3 notices a lot more. Wondering if you can subsidise the P+P with the margin (as you store stock in the house rather than rent a shop with those costs).
I know gift mark up is usually X 2.4....are you doing the same or less? PM if you prefer.:)

I know I sell a higher priced product but free P+P seems to be popular if you can afford to do it.

I will PM you a link to a shop local to me for your research.....it's doing really well and looks fantastic.

Do you still have your Ebay store with same products on it ?....as you get massive footfall from ebay that is hard to get with a standalone site....but some buyers will crossover.

Got to rush now but back later ;-)
