well done on the ppi reclaims - even if they paid it off the loan for you that is still brilliant!

good luck to child going to Ukraine - I am sure it will be amazing

I am sure you can work towards being your ideal weight and fit and healthy as long as you set manageable goals for yourself and use up any naughty food around first!

    Hi mrscmr

That is great about the PPI, a bit annoying that they paid it off the loan rather than letting you pay what you wanted to pay with it, but every bit helps.

I am back from going up to see my Nan, she didn't look too bad although you could tell she is getting old, she got a bit confused about where she was living, she must have thought she was in a Nursing Home as she made a comment about the house being so big and going into the next street and all the people who work there (she has carers come in to help her get up so obviously thought they worked there, she does live in a big house, it's my Uncle's house and she has her own part of it). She repeated the same thing about 3 or 4 times too which was quite funny, all about how she started smoking, she said that when my Grandad got his first car he used to ask her to light a cigarette for him and she got the taste for it.

I was feeling rather sad today as I might not see her alive again, her health is getting slowly worse and she seems to be forgetting things and getting confused about things. We also went to put flowers on my Grandad's grave, he is buried in a little cemetery down lots of country lanes in a tiny village, there were graves there dating back to 1777.

Only got 1 more day and then Sunday we are off to Bognor Regis for 2 nights, DD1 and 2 are going to my parents on the Monday so they will only stay for one night, am looking forward to having a bit of a break with just DD3 and hoping to get some Personal stuff on Ebay and sorting out stuff and getting rid of some of it to the Charity shop.

Thanks, I felt so sad leaving but at least she is being well looked after.

We always go to Bognor at Easter (although a week later this time), we used to take our dog to Climping as he loved going to the seaside and running in the sea, he used to know where we were when we turned in the road that leads to the sea, so it's always sad when we go now he's gone. My Great Uncle lived there too but he passed away a few years ago.

Need to get lots of sorting out done when the kids are away.
