    Oh and I have had lengthy discussion and consulted with his hr manager aunt and he's going to offer voluntaryredundancy because it will not change anything re cash once consultations have begun and so we should know by tmz dinner oh say he's ready for a change. Ah mrs cmr how rude that it's not been fixed :-(
