Hi I'm on my last night tonight grrr hoping for a quiet weekend I'm going to have to up my posting times to get some of these medals

I know I think once a debt is settle it should be removed after 12months or 3 years 6 years for a settle debt is a joke! anyone ever use those pedometer thingys...? you know u meant to do 10000 steps a day. i used to wear one every day and write down my steps. but i have just found and bought a batch of pink [yes pink!] pedometers with usb connection and soft ware that tracks your progress for u! no more writing it down. cos if you walk burn 3500 calories then thats equivalient to 1 lb of fat? isnt it? sure someone will tell me... but to have it updated from the pedometer to my pc is great!Highest Debt £581,000 Nov 08 and now owe nothing! yes really!
