My Ebay Adventure

If a few of you remember I posted my situation a while ago and you convinced me to sell a few things.

Well I have listed 253 items on ebay and I am hoping to make over £1500.

From that I have promised myself a new printer at £100 but the rest will be going off debts.

As it is I have sold a lot on ebay before so no feedback issues etc... yet

Will keep you all updated on sales and problems and will eventually lead to a grand total.

So thank you to all of you that motivated me to do this.

:T Woa thats a lot of items. You need dedication to spend the time to list 253 items. Hope it goes well, £1500 would be a fantastic amount.

  • And a lot of Ebay fees. Which have recently changed. Not been selling on Ebay for a while now but have consistently done so since 2000. So, when I eventually return to it, I expect to be shocked with all the changes. :D
Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

Well done Percy....£1500 on 253 items is very good going. I wish you well.

Fees can be a killer though...but at least 99p lists are now zero listing fees...shame that final value fees are increasing !! Still beats cold Sunday Mornings standing on the car boots!!!

    Good Luck,

    Angel

    Further update:

    Items Sold: 64 Amount £506.03
    £464.08 Received
    £41.95 Not received

I have had a buyer e-mail saying they no longer want the items they have bought, since they are being honest about this and not messing me about I have gone for the "mutually agreed not to complete" method to get my final total fees back which is quicker but doesn't give them the unpaid strike.

Overall after fees etc I am about £305 up right now, so I am gettings there.
