Welcome Finance..Help
Hello every body
I have a Problem with welcome Finance, I took a loan from them with PPI after 12 months I cancelled the PPI and signed a new agreement, but they did not start to enforce the new agreement but they kept enforcing the old agreement after 3 months I send to them Subject Access Request They send me a statement with a breakdown of my account, but they did not send me the new agreement They send the old agreement with the PPI which I cancelled.
I do not know what to do DID they comply to my Subject Access Request or not, can they enforce the old agreement if they do not have the new agreement
Plz I need some help to deal with them.
Many thanks

Have you got a copy of the new agreement? The latter would be the one which is enforceable. If you get no where give the Financial Ombudsman a call. Claim back the PPI too if you can use the template letters on here.MY Successes = RBS PPI, RBS bank charges, Aqua PPI, Aqua cc charges, HFC PPI, Welcome Finance PPI, Blackhorse PPI Mums Ongoing= Swift Advances PPI, London Scottish PPI, Blackhorse chgs, GE money pyts missing

but the problem is that they take long time to respond0 -

The Welcome issue has gone beyond just claiming ppi back. If the only agreement they are prepared to provide is the one with ppi on it then use it to your advantage. You could use the ppi to challenge the loan itself.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.

It's quite probable that the Agreement you signed has got lost and there still keeping you to the old Agreement. This might work to your advantage though, as Peter said.
Send a SAR to Welcome to find out what information they have about you, that way you'll know what Agreement they're actually working from.0 -
I have the new agreement but i have to look for it it is somewhere in my house
I sent to them the SAR and they sent to me Copy of the old agreement
I wrote to them back requesting copy of the new agreement but I did not receive any thing from them0 -

That is ok. You can challenge on the original agreements and then wipe out the new one anyway.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.

The issues outside mis-selling are difficult to win without using a specialist lawyer. That is because even with claims companies the lenders bluff and lie to maintain the status quo. A knowledgeable lawyer can see through the bull and action a litigation case, which will untimately win you the compensation you deserve.
Now there is a free service to do this you can make your claim without risk or cost.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
